T.W. Food (Huron Village)

Craigie on Main (Central Square)

Hungry Mother (Kendall Square)

The staff all seem excited to be here, and you’ll be too. The ever-delightful menu changes daily. With its casual atmosphere, you’ll feel right at home but your kitchen’s never seen meals like this.

Giulia (Harvard/Porter Square)

Restaurants in Cambridge come and go. This new bistro is surely here to stay; it caused a huge buzz upon opening and still draws a crowd every night. The divinely fresh fish and pasta dishes dissolve in the mouth, and the sauces will slay you.

Oleana (Inman Square)

A Cambridge favorite for many years, this spot never loses its luster. The Mediterranean menu offers up delicacies like fried mussels and “Tamarack Tunis Lamb with Turkish Spices.” In warm weather, dine on the patio under the fig tree.

Every one of these restaurants is a real hotspot, so you’ll want to plan your date night in advance. But don’t let the crowds frighten you away. They (and we!) keep coming back for good reason.
