The Atmark’s location is decidedly pedestrian-friendly, with easy access to the subway, buses and bike paths as well as grocery stores, restaurants and services. Cyclists can store their bike in our secure suites, and electric car drivers can charge up their vehicles in our garage charging stations. And did you know we earned a walk score of 86? That’s the highest in our area.
A LEED Silver Certified Building
We designed and built the Atmark using Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design (LEED) standards. LEED provides guidance on environmentally-friendly building strategies and verifies how those strategies are employed. Our commitment and accomplishments earned the Atmark LEED Silver Certification.
Where else does green living come into play at the Atmark? Here are just a few examples:
- We’re entirely smoke-free. That means across every single apartment and common area, inside and outside.
- Every unit has Energy Star appliances, built-in trash and recycling, high-efficiency washers/dryers and lighting, low-flow plumbing fixtures, and solar shade window coverings.
- Our beautiful designs maximize the use of materials like recycled glass countertops, low-VOC paint and carpet manufactured with recycled materials.
